In this soulful workshop, you’ll explore the healing art of humming as a powerful tool accompanied by Alchemy Crystal Sound Healing Bowls for emotional release, energetic alignment, and deep inner connection. Guided through the body’s energy centres with sound and intention, the hum becomes a gentle balm — tuning you to your natural rhythm and awakening the quiet wisdom within.
Reiki-infused Sound Healing in the morning, and relax your body, mind and soul in the evening for a Guided Sound Bath to ease your heart to a peaceful and deep sleep. These group Sound Healings are free to participate in the ReViva Room as part of the MantraFest workshop offerings for you to experience included as part of your MantraFest ticket.
Once you’ve committed to coming to join us at the MantraFest, a follow-up email will be provided with a link to book in for a range of one-on-one services from various Practitioners and Artists at the Healing Pods Market Stalls held within the MantraFest for an additional cost - $40 for 40mins Healing Session. This will be much needed after your day of exploring the MantraFest!
