An evening of fun, flow and freedom through surrendering to sound! Sip some provided plant medicine, Cacao to activate and open your heart space whilst DJ Mike Hafner plays the handpan and some chilled beats and tunes to get your feet and body moving and grooving. This is a safe space without judgement. A space for fun and connection. We then ease into the evening for some restful Yoga Nidra guided by the lovely heart, Carole and transitioning into a deep relaxation to seal the night with Sound Healing by Julie using angelic healing frequencies of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls and a 528Hz Energy Chime bar.
